Cass suddenly remembered today that some time back, one of her classmates told their class teacher during lesson that “Cassandra’s mummy is very beautiful!”
Suddenly, I felt light. I felt I had wings emerging from the sides of my hands!
Me – so were you happy and proud?
Cass – yeeeess
Me – and what did your teacher say?
Cass – teacher said “that’s why Cassandra is also pretty” (in Mandarin)
