My brekkie today (after a 20-lap swim in the pool), fit for a health freak and those planning on losing some weight 😀
Composition: Half avocado + 3 tablespoons organic oat bran + a handful of baked almonds + fresh chocolate milk + chilled water (ice cubes would be more refreshing) blitzed for about 20 seconds in my Blendtec blender.
This avo oat bran almond choco milk shake was so yummy and it filled me up well too. Â I also had a handful of Edamame beans, left over from the girls’ breakfast at 6am.
