FollowThe first time I met Haru was on 15 January 2021. She was about 1 or 2 weeks old then. I think. We brought her home 8 days later on 23 January 2021. Haru’s mother gave birth to a litter of kittens right outside hubby’s office door.
So in January 2022, Haru is one year old! The past almost one year of having her in our home has been filled with laughter, drama and nerve-wracking moments. I almost had a heart attack two days ago when she was sniffing the floor of our kitchen balcony and looked like she wanted to jump down from the 5th floor! This is not the first time she managed to walk out from the sliding door of the kitchen balcony and gave us all a hellish and frantic few seconds of time trying to coax her to come in. She is one very smart, energetic, funny and hangry cat with a bottomless pit. She eats 4 times a day excluding one or two mini snacks in between.
