This morning, Alycia’s transporter left her behind when he came to the condo to pick up another student. Maybe the driver was a minute or two earlier today and he didn’t even have the courtesy to give us a call to inform us that he was here.  How dare he!  Thankfully Cass’ transporter came and I asked her for a favor to drop Alycia at school.  Alycia sat on her van for 6 years when she was in primary school.   The boss of the fleet of vans apologized profusely to me for his driver’s oversight.  Apologies accepted.

My breakkie today was a bowl of corn flakes + Milo cereals + Cecile’s seeds & nuts with honey & quinoa (the mil bought this from New Zealand) + pistachios; half an avocado, an orange, a banana and a packet of Izumio hydrogen water.

Dinner from last night was lunch for Cass in school today ~  Japanese kids curry + fried fish + Basmati rice + a packet of Izumio. It’s CoCo day today. My baby girl did high jump, long jump, short put and running today. She told me that she came up on top in almost all the events!

Our dinner last night:

This is going to be a short post coz I am rushing off to bed.  My 2018 Resolution is to get a minimum of 6  hours of sleep every night.

Good nite everyone! 😴

Finding Your Inner Beauty At Summer & Peach

When it comes to undergarments, the options really are endless. With so many bra styles to choose from, many of us are wondering: what’s the difference between a bra and a bralette? To be honest, I didn’t know what a bralette is until recently.  That just goes to show that I am not a lingerista as much as I am a fashionista. But don’t get me wrong. I just don’t splurge as much on lingerie as much as on fashion, bags and shoes. But I still love sexy lingerie  👙and comfort is a must.

A bralette, also known as soft cup bras, is a bra devoid of underwire or even molded cups. Think of it as a sports bra but without the intensity to hold in your twins. They are usually thin and have lacy straps like any other bra. However, they don’t offer as much of support. Many women may not feel comfortable wearing it if they’re used to extra support and enhancement. But, women with small to average bust can totally rock it!  That’s me!

One of the best online stores to find really pretty, comfy and uniquely designed bralettes is at Summer & Peach, a Malaysian online store selling bralettes imported from the US and various European countries.  At Summer & Peach, they  offer one free exchange and return, so customers can try and exchange if they get the wrong size.   I love browsing through their website and their Instagram feed to drool over their lingerie ~ every single piece of item is classy and sassy, just like how a woman should feel.

OK if you’re like me and the word bralette is still new to you, I’m sure you’ll be wondering: if bralettes are not padded, won’t the nipples peep through?

No.

There are ways your teats will be concealed in these bralettes from Summer & Peach.  Most of the bralettes at Summer & Peach are lined.  Some of their bralettes are cleverly constructed to conceal teats to some extend, but if you want more security, you can use their wide range of nipple concealer from Sugarlace nippies to jelly nippies and stick-on paddings, as shown in the below picture:

Bralettes are meant to be seen. They are not like other bras, that are content to provide unseen support. Most days you need that support. But some nights you want to go out and flash your pretty bra around town. On those special nights, get yourself a pretty bralette.  Pair with skimpy tanks, sheer tops, maxi dresses, backless tops… the world is your closet!  In fact, some women are confident enough to wear them without a top.

So girls, do check out Summer And Peach. They offer free shipping on orders above RM150 and also a one-time free exchange. You can also follow them on their Facebook and Instagram.
