Hello everyone, it’s the second day of 2014 today! Today is the first day of school for this year for my 3 girls. There were no first day of school blues. No whining, no fussing, no dilly-dallying from anyone. All 3 girls were raring to go back to school. And I was so raring to get back my quiet and peaceful morning ME TIME, which I have been missing for 6 freaking long weeks! And today is the first day that I started to jog at pre-dawn again, after a break of 6 weeks. I have to admit that I have been slacking in my exercise regimen during the 6-week long school holidays to catch up on my beauty sleep before the battle of sleep deprivation begins again. I am so glad that things are back to the grind again LOL!
I pray that this year will be a better year for me in every aspect of my life – from health to wealth to mental emotions. Though there are too many negative news articles from the daily newspapers on price hike and inflation, I am braving myself for the rough ride with a positive outlook *GASP* We are already feeling the pinch with having to pay additional for Cass’ school fees, Alycia and Sherilyn’s transporter, increase in electricity bill effective this month and a price hike in everything that we buy now.
Here’s the little fashionista and my mum, taken at Tokyo Street @ Pavillion last Sunday.
Here’s wishing you a very peaceful and joyful 2014 🙂

Today is also the first day of school for my boy. During (full day) orientation last week, he could adapt and enjoyed himself, no tears, not even a drop. But today, hubby told me that he was crying very loudly (becoz all the kids were crying) when he was about to leave the kindy.
Sigh, after hearing this, I don’t have mood to work now. Am wondering how is he doing now. Jadi parents memang not easy, kan? I did not take leave today to bring him to the kindy coz I thought he would be ok (judging from the 2 full days of orientation last week – from 8am-6pm).. Sigh..
Dont worry Louiz.. this is just temporary. The crying will definitely stop after a few days and soon, he will look forward going to kindy. Trust me! 😉
Happy New year 2014..school days mean hectic days..
Agnes, I actually like hectic routine kind of days, with more ‘order’ haha!
