One of my blogging buddies got the PR back for her blog. So what did she do? She simply removed everything related to the Big G’s rival (the links, the codes, the banners) and re-submitted her blog to Big G. Within 3 days, she got her PR back, simple as that. Oh I was just drooling when she told me that a moment ago. I will try her strategy on my dot com blog next month after the long P has paid me for my latest posts. If this strategy works, I will do the same for my blogspot blog. Hopefully I will get a good PR for my dot com blog after ditching the long P. As for my blogspot blog, I have been dreaming of getting back my PR4. I will even be glad if Google gives me a PR3.

me too, me too…waiting for my payment and for the time being try not to be tempted if i see white opp. 😆
so you won’t be writing for long P anymore?
have you put some thought on this? so you are not going to write for the long P?
I was thinking of doing the same after I got PR 0, but then I just couldn’t, long P has paid me so much and I owe them a bulk of what I’ve earned. this is just my opinion.
Barb…. yup, for my dot com blog.
Girlie… i don’t get many ops from long p, so even if i ditch them, i wont lose out much.
I guess it depends on what you are aiming for long term for your blog. And I think perhaps, the opps from long p has nothing to do with PR but more of where your traffic is coming from, i.e. they may prefer blogs that have more traffic coming from the US/Canada region?
Tot’s Mom…. i don’t think so Big G looks at where the traffic is coming from or how heavy the traffic to your blog is. Do you know that some blogs with hardly any traffic but dont have any long P posts have good PR? Maybe Big G is penalizing blogs with posts from its rival, the long p.
mmm so it’s the P that gives problem huh…aiyo i cant abandon them lah since i sign up for the pilot program, maybe later.
