There are the Shanghainese mooncakes that hubby’s aunty made. They are by far one of the tastiest mooncakes I have eaten as they are not too sweet and she blends and cooks the lotus seeds herself to make as fillings for the mooncakes. The crust is a little crunchy and fragrant too. Though I fancy them but I dare not indulge in them too much as they are a high carbo food, thus really good in pushing my weight up.
