Wholesome Breakfast

This is what the gals had for breakfast today :

Steamed Japanese sweet potato, Alycia’s favourite. Good source of fibre, complex carbohydrate, anti-oxidant, Vit A.

Organic wholewheat bread with red bean paste filling. Good source of fibre, iron and protein (red bean), complex carbo and calcium.

Hard-boiled Omega eggs with organic soya sauce. Rich in protein, iron and iodin.

  1. wow hats off to you…it’s very hard to feed lil children with those, im just amazed that you have trained your kids to eat healthy
