Today’s lunch was oven-grilled drumettes again . We’ve been eating drumettes for a few days this week as they’re on sale at the supermarket. I guess we’re done eating drumettes for the time being. Next week I’m going to cook fish. My menu for Monday is pomfret fish cooked with Portuguese fish curry paste with lots of veggies. If Cass doesn’t want to eat spicy fish, she won’t mind having roast chicken breast with salad, again!
